Job Title: HR Executive (MBA Fresher)

Job Summary:
We’re seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. As an MBA fresher, this is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in HR and work with a fast-growing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and talent management.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings
– Support employee onboarding and induction programs
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
– Assist in employee engagement initiatives, such as events, training programs, and workshops
– Provide support for performance management and talent development programs
– Collaborate with the HR team to implement HR initiatives and projects
– Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the management
Requirements:
– MBA degree in HR or related specialization
– Fresh graduates or those with less than 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Basic knowledge of HR functions and processes
– Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
– Reliable laptop and WiFi connection for work-from-home arrangement
Trainee Period:
– The first 3 months will be a trainee period without pay, during which the candidate will be expected to learn and absorb the company’s HR processes and policies
– After successful completion of the trainee period, the candidate will be absorbed as a full-time employee with a salary up to ₹6,00,000 per annum
