a. Details of Marks obtained in Secondary, Sr. Secondary / Diploma.
b. Details of Engineering Semesters Percentage and Backlog Details.
c. Complete Address – Permanent and correspondence with contact number.
d. Personal Details – Aadhar Card/Bhamashah Card
Form Filling is mandatory for all the Existing Students.
